As past independent electrical contractors with a long standing mateship, common goals and values, the two directors established Brisbane based Fusion Electrical Services Pty Ltd in 2005. Paul and Trent share over 40 years of experience with comprehensive knowledge of the electrical industry.
Using a hands-on approach to maximise quality control, they have created the solid foundation on which Fusion is built. Together they are highly motivated to manage the business to suit the industry’s needs now and into the future.
We have selected like-minded individuals and today have an established team of over 35 staff members who all share the same pride in themselves and their work. With a great culture of camaraderie, we support each other to get the job done.
Every year we make the commitment to employ new electrical apprentices. This investment ensures our industry continues to develop, enabling the next generation to get the skills and knowledge they need to become first class electricians.
We work hard to build a co-operative relationship with all our customers. From tender to completion our focus is to be totally adaptable and co-operative to ensure a great result first time, every time. Working together, we will continue to meet and exceed our customer’s expectation.
We are committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment. Our goal is to remove or reduce the risks and ensure the welfare of all our workers and have an accident free workplace. We aim to achieve this by the adoption, promotion and training of safe work methods and continuing compliance of relevant legislation. We recognise the workplace is ever changing and seek improvements to our systems and work methods. We encourage everyone to actively participate so that we may achieve this goal.
We are a family orientated company and mindful about our community. We realise that not everyone is in the same situation as us, hence we place importance in giving back to the community to help those less fortunate. Supporting Charities like:
